The Labrador Winter Games, often called the “Olympics of the North,” are held every three years and will take place March 8–14, 2026, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

With nearly 500 athletes, hundreds of volunteers, and spectators from all over, the Games celebrate both traditional and modern events while showcasing Labrador’s culture, pride, and spirit of friendship.

Since beginning in 1983, they’ve grown into one of Labrador’s most treasured traditions.
