Year of the Arts
2024 is the Year of the Arts, a celebration of Newfoundland and Labrador’s rich arts and cultural sector. The Year of the Arts is celebrating Newfoundland and Labrador’s unique and colourful arts community. Celebrate NL’s Arts Celebration Fund and Creative Projects Fund provided support to professional arts organizations as a way to elevate capacity building in the arts sector. This is an exciting year for arts and culture in Newfoundland and Labrador!

Confederation 75
2024 marks the 75th year of the province’s Confederation with Canada. The Confederation 75 Celebration Grant Program offered funding to communities, heritage organizations and Indigenous groups in Newfoundland and Labrador wishing to commemorate this historic anniversary.
