The Canadian Powerlifting & Bench Press Championships 2022 took place in Newfoundland and Labrador, and it was an impressive showcase of strength, skill, and dedication. This high-profile event brought together some of the strongest athletes in Canada and provided an opportunity for Newfoundlanders and Labradorians to see these athletes compete up close.

The championships were held at the Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay, Newfoundland and Labrador, in June of 2022. This state-of-the-art facility was an excellent venue for the event and provided the athletes with a world-class setting to showcase their skills.

The championships featured some of Canada’s most accomplished powerlifters and bench pressers, competing in a range of weight classes and age categories. The athletes’ strength and determination were on full display throughout the event, as they pushed themselves to their physical limits in pursuit of their goals.

Spectators at the event were treated to a thrilling display of powerlifting and bench press prowess, with each athlete demonstrating their unique skill sets and techniques. The competition was intense, with each athlete striving to achieve their personal best and take home the coveted championship titles.
