Creative Projects Fund – Final Report Form

This final report is an important step in completing your project. Celebrate NL will use the information to evaluate outcomes of the funded project and monitor the effectiveness and impact of the funding.

Please complete all sections of this document. Do not include any additional attachments or information beyond what is outlined in this form. Final reports must be submitted within 3 months from the end of your project.

We recommend that applicants prepare their final reports in a separate document and then paste their responses into this form to submit. We also recommend that applicants complete the Final Report Form in one sitting to avoid any potential technical complications.
