As part of the Sport Capacity Fund, please provide any available supporting material and/or photos detailing the impact and use of the funding. These should be shared with permission for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and/or Celebrate NL to use the photos for promotional purposes. Please note that, under the Auditor General Act, 2021, you are required to keep records, books of account and supporting documents in accordance with accepted accounting procedures and practices pertaining to the financial management of funds. All records for audit and inspection must be retained for a period of six years after the end of your project.
